GETTING HELP

At Henoc we understand the ups and downs of running a business and the challenges business owners face.  If you're having trouble paying bills, we are here to help.  We are impartial and do not charge any fees for this service, as we know our customers will also have ups and downs and what counts is support in challenging times.


We are able to look at steps to manage your energy costs, and in more serious situations look at arranging additional support to provide professional assistance.  Always remember, it is best to discuss at the earliest opportunity as this in itself gives you more opportunity.  


You should always discuss at the earliest opportunity any debt issues with your current provider, more often than not they will try to offer assistance, never just ignore as the situation will deteriorate.  We are happy to help where we can and work with energy providers to try and find a solution to a particular customer need and that of the energy provider.

STEPS TO MANAGE YOUR ENERGY COSTS
 

Pay for what you are using 


This may seem basic, but many bills are estimates and it is advisable to take advantage of technology with smart meters, as the readings are sent automatically and you pay for what you use, nothing more nothing less.
 


Your current contract
 

Look at your contract and firstly ensure you have one!  Many companies are on Deemed prices or on a variable Price Plan without realising, if in doubt email a copy of your bill to info@henco.co.uk  Most of our deals are fixed price contracts and are considerably lower than Deemed rates, so you pay less for what you use.
 


Reduce consumption
 

By undertaking a consumption reduction exercise you will be amazed how much you could save.  Even in our personal lives, simple things like brushing our teeth but leaving the tap running while we do so why?  Wasting money and is bad for the environment, but how many people have done it and still do?  Applying simple logic in your business will reduce costs, switching off equipment when not in use, turning sockets of at the wall, not leaving lights on, controlling temperature, turning AC down etc.  The exercise will highlight the reduction in kWh you could achieve and therefore detail your potential savings.
 

Above all else remember to address the problem at the earliest opportunity as you create more opportunity.
