We have relationships with many energy suppliers. The market has reduced over recent years, but we still approach the vast majority of the market. Some suppliers we do not use, this is owing to a number of factors, including financial standing and customer service.
No! There is no interruption to your supply. The supply is always there and is just a case of who is responsible for the supply from your meter i.e. which energy company, as they are resellers. Therefore, should you move energy supplier there will be no interruption, and the lights will stay on.
We receive a commission based on an uplift amount applied to the kWh unit rate. So the rates we quote will include our uplift. The uplift applied and the amount earned is disclosed prior to any completion of a contract.
You provide us with details of your estimated usage, it is normally easier just to provide copies of your most recent bills. We will then obtain quotations for your perusal. Once accepted, we will implement the new contract at the expiry date of the old contract. It is generally a seamless process.
We fully meet the UK legal requirements for energy brokers. HENOC is registered with both the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) and the Energy Ombudsman, full details are available on this website.
We have over 30 years of broking experience and extensive relationships within the energy sector. Staff hold the relevant qualifications and we operate a CPD (Continuing Professional Development) scheme incorporating suppliers. We provide an ongoing relationship, not just pricing. In addition, we can cater to your complete energy agenda.
