Your Gold Card covers all of your half-hourly (HH) electricity meters. Use it to request quotations for any HH meter, backed by available historical data and billing detail to identify questions worth investigating.

A transparent fee. A clearer picture.
The Gold Card costs £1,000 + VAT (£1,200 including VAT) per year and covers all of your half-hourly (HH) electricity meters — quotations for any HH meter, plus access to HENOC Pulse. This annual consultancy and platform fee is separate from any commission or fee associated with a supplier energy contract. Meter data access requires your written authority; it does not authorise us to sign a supply contract for you. Scope, platform access and payment terms are confirmed in your service agreement, which is governed by UK law.
